Since I have started to use Ubuntu I came across many cool themes so I decided to make a list of them. Let me know if you like them and if your favorite is not in this list, post a comment and let me know and I will give it a try. Here are my best looking themes in no particular order:

Those are some pretty nice themes. I'm running 'SlicknesS'(http://gnome-look.org) because I love the darker themes. I have a screenshot and details of my setup @ http://bobbyh.com. It's actually the latest post.

I do not understand why so many themes are Vista-like. It is treachery to have Linux and make it look like Windows
I only posted 2 themes Vista-like. One of them wants to change your GUI to Vista and the other one has only the wallpaper of Vista.
I like Loepardish which looks like the Mac OSX.
Nobody ever gives Elementary attention :/

Sorry to throw the spanner in the works, as they say, but for once, I am happy latest release of KDE4 provides new and original themes that don't appear to be non-so-subtle rip-offs of well known OSes . . .

Shiki-colors is definitely worth a look. It's being considered for inclusion in community-themes, now that dust and new wave have been promoted to ubuntu-themes.

Dust is the best theme for Ubuntu! Since I found it, I haven't stopped using it.
I see so many dust lovers here. I must admit I like it too and recommend it to everyone out here
Might I note that these themes are for the Gnome desktop and are therefore not Ubuntu-specific.
<insert rant about articles showcasing "distro-specific" themes, apps or techniques which aren't really distro-specific>

I visited that elementary theme site and i find it offensive and stupid that i have to downlod it to see what's it all about. I would avoid that one at all costs.
