It finally came the moment! It's 29th of October 2009, the day Ubuntu 9.10 is set to be released. It comes with a faster booting time featuring a smooth graphical interface so newbies don't get scarred of scrolling texts anymore, a new Software Center so you can manage your Applications more easily and a lot more features I will let you to discover for yourself here.
Go and download Ubuntu 9.10 Karmic Koala here.
Also I wanted to give you a heads-up about one community-contributed feature that's new to Ubuntu 9.10: it's the first Ubuntu release that never needs to be rebooted for operating system updates. The capability isn't yet included in Ubuntu by default (expect that in a future release!), but users can easily enable it by going here.

Currently the only method to manage your iPhone files was to jailbrake it and SSH into it. People using an original firmware on their iPhone had two options: either restart and use Windows/Mac OS X or install a virtual machine inside Ubuntu that would emulate a Windows installation.
